The lights were there

Hypnotizing me 

And I just stared

The force was pulling me

And I simply freed my arms

To the touch that was the wind

And I exposed my heart

To the voices from within

And they welcomed me to join them

And then the power of it all

Spoke to me in rhythm 

As the colors became rain

To the gift that I was given

Was the chance that it could happen again

And they were there

Seducing me into abduction

With just a stare

Their thoughts were telling me

Things that I have never listened

Or questioned much before

And the moment they were spoken

I could relate to and adore

And the vision was with insight

To the discoveries of the blind

And the past to be remembered

Was forgotten through the times

And the knowledge I was given

Was a treasure to embrace

And for man to continue killing

And destory the human race

Is the pain itself we're living

And to that we can not win

And the gift that shines in dark grey eyes

Is the chance that it would happen again

And I simply freed my spirit

It was as easy as the wind

And I exposed my conscience

To the voices from within

And I knew it was a sacred thing

To the chosen who did know

And they thanked me when I joined them

And with the power of it all

I spoke to life with reason

And my feelings felt no pain

To the gift I have accepted

Is the chance that it should happen again

And the hope for tomorrow's children

Is to never let it happen again
