Someone Still Loves You

SOMEONE STILL LOVES YOU - Written by Carroll Bryant

Someone still loves you
Someone still thinks about you
Even though we're not together
Your memory will last forever

Someone still loves you
Someone still cares about you
Even though we're apart
You still have my heart

It started out with great expectations
Two lovers in love so much
Sharing the world that revolved around them
Longing for each others touch

But something went wrong
And we still don't know
How we lost control
But we're still hanging on to each others soul
And hey, don't you know
That no matter where you go

Someone still loves you
Someone still thinks about you
Even though we're not together
Your memory will last forever

Someone still loves you
Someone still cares about you
Even though we're apart
You still have my heart

We separated and went our own ways
The road was so long at first
Like crossing the desert without a camel
And hopelessly dying of thirst

But we realized as time went by
That some stories must come to an end
But I remain insane without your love
And I'll accept you as a friend because

Someone still loves you
Someone still thinks about you
Even though we're not together
Your memory will last forever

Someone still loves you
Someone still cares about you
Even though we're apart
You still have my heart

And even though we're apart
You still have my heart

Remember Me?

REMEMBER ME? - Written by Carroll Bryant

Remember me?
I'm the one who fell so deep in love with you
Remember me?
I'm the one who promised you love so true

I have changed so very much
Since we both fell so out of touch
I just came by to see your face
Because I just feel so out of place in life

Remember me?
I'm the one who told you I would never leave
Remember me?
I'm the one you trusted and always believed

You are looking very well
You're in love and I can tell
He must be a special guy
By the sparkle that's in your eyes
It shines

Just came by to say hello
But if you wish then I will go away
I just want to say
Do you remember me?

Please say you remember me

Remember me?
I'm the one who said that life would change for us
Remember me?
I guess that it was me whom I was speaking of

Just like the times, I rolled along
Be it right or be it wrong
I simply left you hanging there
As if to show I didn't care for you

Remember me?
Please say you remember me

Just came by to say hello
But if you wish then I will go away

Remember me?
Please say you remember me

Song Of Love

SONG OF LOVE - Written by Carroll Bryant

I love you
Girl you know it's true
I need you
Girl you know it's true

The stars in your eyes light up the night
It comes as no surprise
You make me feel alive

Take
Take away your love and I'm lost
I - I am gone
Don't take it wrong
Lost in your song of love
Can't let you go
Lost in your song of love
Can't let you go

Pictures painted on the hearts of yesterday
Don't say it's forever
Don't wish me all away

I love you
Girl you know it's true
I need you
Girl you know it's true

Take
Take away your love and I'm lost
I - I am gone
Don't take it wrong
Lost in your song of love
Can't let you go
Lost in your song of love
Can't let you go

Sweet Lover

SWEET LOVER - Written by Carroll Bryant

Sweet lover
That's what you are
I didn't know that we would go this far
But you got such a hold on me
Oh darling
Don't ever set me free

Sweet lover in the morning
Sweet lover all through the day
Sweet lover in the night
When we make love, it feels so right

You know sometimes I feel so insecure
That's why I hate to think about the future
But this time I like what i see
I see me loving you
And you loving me

Sweet lover in the morning
Sweet lover all through the day
Sweet lover in the night
When we make love, it feels so right

I can see the morning sun rising
It's coming up over the horizon
I turn to watch you while you sleep
I've decided all of you is what I want to keep

Sweet lover in the morning
Sweet lover all through the day
Sweet lover in the night
When we make love, it feels so right

I Lost My Heart

I LOST MY HEART - Written by Carroll Bryant

I lost my heart
Somewhere back in time
I lost my heart
Will someone help me find it?

I got to get it back
No matter what it takes
I got to try
For my very ... own sake

I lost my soul
Somewhere in the past
I lost my soul
How much longer will it last?

I've got to keep on searching
For honesty and truth
I got to try
To keep me ... in my youth

I lost my love
To very special girl
I lost my love
It's out there in the world

It's drifting like a boat
In the middle of the sea
I got to try
And bring it ... back to me

I lost my heart
Somewhere back in time
I lost my heart
Will someone help me find it?

I got to get get back
No matter what it takes
I got to try
For my very ... own sake

I lost my heart

The Collector

THE COLLECTOR - Written by Carroll Bryant

She collects poetry about broken love
She collects poetry
Because she’s afraid to touch
She will spend her life
With men who will forget her name
She will spend her life
Running like a rabbit in the rain

A woman
A child
A rose with intentional thorns
A bull with horns
A clown to be adored

She collects poetry at the expense of love
She collects poetry
Too much is not enough
She screams for something real
In a world that is so fake
Her dreams are leaves on the ground
Poetry is her rake

A woman
A child
A nightmare with no end
A vision inside an illusion
A shadow without a friend

She collects poetry like trophies on the wall
She collects poetry
Because she’s afraid to fall
She will spend her life chasing rainbows
Only to paint them black
She will spend her life afraid
Afraid of the facts

A woman
A child
A song that can’t be sung
A misconstrued wanderer
A virus inside your lungs

She collects poetry
And that’s what pisses me off
She collects poetry
Her poetry collects dust

One More Minute

ONE MORE MINUTE – Written by Carroll Bryant

You came without a warning
You left without a trace
All I have to remind me
Is the memory of your face

The beauty of your smile
The shine within your eyes
Had such delightful innocence
It came as a surprise

The voice I heard that came from you
Still trickles through my ears
The water rolling down my face
Is what some people would call tears

But I call it a loneliness
I never felt before
There is no doubt about it
And now I’m really sure

If I had just one more minute
I would tell you what I’ve always wanted to say
From the first time that I saw you
Never before have I ever felt this way

I can still remember
The day we said goodbye
I fought off confusion
As of yet I don’t know why

I should have just grabbed you
And held you endlessly
I didn’t want to be too aggressive
That is just not me

But why do I feel inside
That I lost what I found?
Stolen by an unknown thief
Taken without a sound

But if I had just one more minute
I would tell you what I’ve always wanted to say
From the first time that I kissed you
Never before have I ever felt this way

Now the hardest part is over
When I had to let you go
The emptiness I feel inside
Is something you’ll never know

So I keep on believing
That I will see you again
Are we just beginning?
Or did we have the end?

I hope I wasn’t dreaming
But then again, who cares?
Because facing mornings without you
Is like facing reality’s nightmare

So can I have just one more minute?
So I can tell you what I want to say?
From the first time I ever held you
Never before have I ever felt this way

What I wouldn’t do for one more minute
So I can tell you what I really want to say
From the first time I ever saw you
Never before have I ever felt this way

So could I please have just …. one more minute?

Breathe Into Me

BREATHE INTO ME - Written by Carroll Bryant

I am the one who said
That we were meant to be
So breathe into me

I am the one that was dead
Your love brought life back to me
You breathed into me

Gave me reason to face the day
Every season has its special way
When you're around I can't hear a sound
Just a heart that beats for free
That beats for me

You are the joy, not pain
You brought me in from the rain
You breathed into me

You have that magic touch
And I need it so very much
You breathe into me

Gave me answers to my questions
I was blind, but now I have vision
When you're around I can't get down
Only higher on my feet from you my sweet
Breathe into me

You gave me reason to face the day
Every season has its special way
You breathed into me

Breathe into me again

If We Could Hear The Grass Grow

IF WE COULD HEAR THE GRASS GROW - Written by Carroll Bryant

If we could hear the grass grow
What a lovely sound it would be
Just you and me
Sitting in a field and watching the flowers bloom
In the Spring
What  a lovely thing
I'm glad that we're together
And I like to hold your hand
Just understand
That I love you

If we could hear the grass grow
While watching all the children play under the sun
They're having fun
And so am I being here with you
Our love is true
Stay with me because
Without you I'd be lost
Just understand that I love you

If we could hear the grass grow
While the birds chipper in the trees
Then you would see
What you mean to me
In my life
Both day and night
Don't turn away from summer
I'll love you even longer
Than the world could possibly ever exist
I can't resist to say that I love you

Unicorn

UNICORN - Written by Carroll Bryant

Just like a dream, you come to me
One of a kind, you're so unique
Magic in everything that you do
Who are you/

Live in an dream, and come with me
Two of a kind, we're so unique
magic in everything that we do
Who are you?

Are you a legend in my mind?
Are you a fragment of time?
Your beauty, your beauty, your beauty shines
Our worlds, may they someday combine

Lost in a dream but, you're with me
Two one of a kinds, and yet so unique
Magic and love, magic and love in everything that we do
Who are you?
Who are you?

Are you a star that shines?
Falling from nowhere from across the sky?
A fantasy you can't hold, but can't let die?
You are a unicorn in my eyes

Just like a dream, you come to me
One of a kind, you're so unique
magic in everything that you do
Who are you?
Who are you?

The Pleasure Is Killing Me

THE PLEASURE IS KILLING ME - Written by Carroll Bryant

Oh, the pleasure is killing me
Oh, the pleasure builds inside of me
Take it!

I was caught between a woman and her soft place
Looking face to face
Sister Isis, touch me gently

"You!" She screamed, with that look in her eyes. "Get out of this place!"

"Well, can't you tell me why?"

Osiris, you're such an evil one
You think you're having fun but it's disgusting to me
She said, Osiris, now look what you've done
I'm not having fun
You're disgusting

But the pleasure is killing me
It's as sweet as it can be
What is so disgusting?
Because you're not disgusting to me

I was caught between a woman and her soft spot
Trying to decide whether or not
If I should stop
Or keep on with my trot
The heat just got so hot
And what she wants, I'm not

Osiris, you're such an evil one
You think you're having fun, but it's disgusting to me
She said, Osiris, now look what you've done
I'm not having fun
You're disgusting

But the pleasure is killing me
It's as sweet as it can be
What is so disgusting?
Because you're not disgusting to me

I was caught between a woman and her soft place
Looking face to face
Sister Isis, touch me sweet

Vital Signs

VITAL SIGNS - Written by Carroll Bryant

Just like a prowler, you got to catch it in the act
Hour by hour it goes away, can't bring it back
Time's a wasting, we're victims you and me
Ollie, Ollie in free

I'm looking for those vital signs
To try and keep this world alive with
Resuscitation
I'm looking for those vital signs
In hopes that I can find some life
In every nation
God's creation

Just like a weapon, it's dangerous in our hands
What happens, happens, we disagree
Can't understand
The ball is rolling, crushing you and me
Ollie, Ollie in free

I'm looking for those vital signs
To try and keep this world alive with
Resuscitation
I'm looking for those vital signs
In hopes that I can find some life
In every nation
God's creation

The spirit's living, but how much does it bleed?
Maybe we're giving, but is it what we need?
I'm not doubting our humanity
Just our philospophy
Wait until a tragedy?

Ollie, Ollie in free

Just like a season, for granted we will take
Reason to reason, we shake our heads
For heaven's sake
Time's a wasting, it's senseless to believe
Ollie, Ollie in free

I'm looking for those vital signs
To try and keep this world alive with
Resuscitation
I'm looking for those vitals signs
In hopes that I can find some life
In every nation
God's creation

Hallowed Storm

HALLOWED STORM - Written by Carroll Bryant

I close my eyes to find my dreams
And suddenly it all comes together
I fly the skies to hear my screams
You and I .... forever

But now I'm walking down the avenue of the damned
Searching for you but you're not there
And I'm calling out your name
Trying to understand
Wondering if you really care
I wonder if I really care

You touch my heart to feel me breathe
Instantly I feel the pleasure
You run away and far from me
You and I ... may never

But now you're walking down the avenue of the damned
Searching for me but I'm not there
And you're calling out my name
Trying to understand
Wondering if I really care
We wonder if anyone cares

But now we're walking down the avenue of the damned
Searching for love but it's not there
And we're calling out for help
Trying to understand
Wondering if anyone cares
We wonder if anyone cares

"And to the love like a candle, we flicker ... down the damp hallway of our souls. The bats, they screech like the pain we feel and know to this day, we lost what we had. Lost down the avenue ... of the damed."

Thoughts Of Jupiter

THOUGHTS OF JUPITER - Written by Carroll Bryant

I close my eyes and I wonder why
Then I look up to the falling sky
I can't believe the pain of a world that just can't learn

What's so important about my life
That you have to watch me both day and night?
All you want is my money to gain power on a planet called Earth

Rain, rain, on Jupiter rain
Everybody I know they feel the same
And freedom's just a word, but the truth is we are chained

Rain, rain, on Jupiter rain
Everybody I know they feel the pain
And freedom, have you heard, is the truth but yet we're trained

I open my eyes and I start to cry
Then I turn away from the falling sky
I can't believe the ways of a world that just won't learn

What's so valuable about my life
That you have to stab me with your government knife?
All you want is my blood from a war that you know I won't fight

Rain, rain, on Jupiter rain
Everybody I know they feel the same
And freedom's just a word, but the truth is we are chained

Rain, rain, on Jupiter rain
Everybody I know they feel the pain
And freedom, have you heard, is the truth but yet we're trained

I close my eyes and I wonder why
Then I look up at the falling sky
I want to go back home, and I want to go tonight

Say goodbye to the rest of my life
Hug my children and kiss my wife
This planet they call Earth is bound to surely die

Rain, rain, on Jupiter rain
Everybody I know they feel the same
And freedom's just a word, but the truth is we are chained

Rain, rain, on Jupiter rain
Everybody I know they feel the pain
And freedom, have you heard, is the truth but yet we're trained

Of The Light (The Poem)

OF THE LIGHT - Written by Carroll Bryant

Life is what we're living - get involved with it
Love is what we're giving - get involved with it

We are of the light - A distant shinning star
Colonies left behind to learn

Another human race on a planet just like ours
There's still so much for all of us to learn

This is where we have to live our lives
Let's make the best of it
They just might come back for us one night
Until they do, just make the most of it

We are of the light - A blessing in desguise
Colonies to make a better life

Another human race comes from outer-space
But outer-space could be what's in your mind

This is where we have to make it right
Let's not blow it all away

They just might come back for us one night
Until they do, this is where we stay

Of the light
We are of the light
Life is what we're living - get involved with it

Of the light
We are of the light
Love is what we're giving - get involved it it

How Would Be My Name?

HOW WOULD BE MY NAME? - Written by Carroll Bryant

Imagine it - people all around
Running when it's kumming
Landing on the ground

People crying - screaming out for help
It's the end of the world
And heaven becomes hell

I can't believe  it when you say it can't be true
I was sent a message to deliver to you

Mr. Spaceman, how would be my name?
If it's so enlightening then why is it such pain?
Mr. Spaceman, how would be my name?
If I was just like you then why can't I feel no shame?

Maybe it is outrage from this planetary site
Maybe that is why I wanna leave tonight
I ask the questions because they runneth so deep
Sometimes it is hard to sleep
And the secrets - I'm expected to keep

I can't believe it when you say it can't be true
I have a message to deliver to you

Mr. Spaceman, how would be my name?
If it's so enlightening then why is it a game?
Mr. Spaceman, how would be my name?
If I was just like you then why can't I face the flame?

His pointed fingers lingered in display
Wha'd I hear him say?

He tried to tell me that they come here everyday
Wha'd I hear him say?

If that's what I heard him say

I can't believe it when you think it can't be true
Did the message ever get to you?

Mr. Spaceman, how would be my name?
If it's so enlightening then why not come again?
Mr. Spaceman, how would be my name?
If I was just like you then why can't I ride the train?

Mr. Spaceman!

Jupiter's Theme

JUPITER'S THEME - Written by Carroll Bryant

Look around you
Love is everywhere
Even in the darkest night
You can see it in the air

So raise your arms up to the sky
Smile a smile for life tonight
Keep your heart in company of
Heavens precious angels

Let it find you
The hope you may not see
Even in a hurricane
Faith claims its victory

So sing a song for all to hear
Laugh right in the face of fear
Kiss a heart and you will be (One of)
Heavens precious angels

So raise your arms up to the sky
Smile a smile for life tonight
Keep your heart in company of
Heavens precious angels

Heavens precious angels

Love is everywhere
It's standing right there with you
Beside you
It's holding your hand
Like I do
In my thoughts
In my prayers I hold you
In the warmth of heavens angels
Who love you as much as I do
And I do
And I do

Look around you

My Own Heart

MY OWN HEART - by Carroll Bryant

I believe ... in every waking hour
I come alive from inside to outside of my dreams
And in your perfect blue eyes, I drown like I am in the sea
Drowning perhaps outside your love or inside all of your needs

I don't understand your fashion, you take everything so seriously
You pull me into your arms, I pull away to be free
Free to breathe with my own heart
Free to just believe

And I believe ... in every waking hour
You come alive from inside to outside of my dreams
And in my perfect disguise, I hide like you are watching me
Hiding perhaps outside my love or inside all of your needs

I don't understand your passion, you make everything a conspiracy
You pull me into your arms, I pull away to be free
Free to breathe with my own heart
Free to just believe

And I believe ... in every waking hour
In every fantasy
I go to sleep with my eyes wide open
Only to never see
That it's nothing like I thought it would become
Or wanted it to be

This feeling comes and goes with the wind
That blows far across the sea
And the secret lives in my own heart
Fallen hopes and fallen dreams
Stand alone and be killed
Stand alone to just be free

And I believe ... in every waking hour
In every vital moment
Racing to discover somebody's hidden treasure
Only to uncover the secret to all pleasures
And the secret lives in my own heart
So wait until i tell you
I know you won't believe it
You will even call me a liar
You pull me into your arms
I pull away to be free
Free to just believe
Free to be with you

And I believe ... in every waking hour

Watching It (The Same Mistakes)

WATCHING IT (THE SAME MISTAKES) by Carroll Bryant

I keep watching this world turn
A place where nobody learns
Making the same mistakes over and over again
Keep getting burned

We hang by a thread everyday
Somebody’s dead and they just can’t escape
Pain in my head, they can’t find the way

I keep watching the sunrise
A time left with no lies
Digging the same graves over and over again
Isn’t it a surprise?

It’s just no wonder that we say
Somebody’s thunder is ours and the same
The heart is the hunter, they just can’t relate

I keep watching my heart cry
A moment when dreams die
Playing it in my thoughts over and over again
Sandy Hook will ask “why”?

We hang by a thread everyday
Somebody’s dead, and they just can’t complain
Pain in my head, they can’t find the way

I keep watching the world turn
A place where nobody learns
Making the same mistakes over and over again
Keep getting burned

I keep watching the sunset
I do it with regret
Making wrong decisions over and over again
Like feeding an old pet

It’s just no wonder that we say
Somebody’s thunder is ours and the same
The heart is the hunter, they just can’t locate

We hang by a thread everyday
Somebody’s dead, and they just can’t escape
Pain in my head, they can’t find the way

No, they can’t find their way

And so another tragedy leaves victims, and so are we
Pointing our finger at everything we can not see
And freedom fights for victory in a communist society
Hiding our agenda in the guise of false belief

Making the same mistakes again
All this pain we must defend
We can’t accept the true insane
Can’t let a death go in vain

Another law to remember?
Christ, don’t we have enough?
What about a law that works like, “Everybody must love”?

Another way to restrict the rights of our fellow man
Just do what you can over and over again?
We are our fellow man

We hang by a thread everyday
Somebody’s dead and they just can’t escape
Pain in my head, they can’t find the way

No, they can’t find their way
