I never thought about it before

Because I never believed in love

I caught my breath the moment that you looked at me

And somehow that was enough

A feeling can take forever and a day

Or a second to last forever

So many will claim to feel that way

And to want to stay together

Falling like a star

And who knows if we will ever get that far

As long as we know who we are

I will not pretend

That it doesn't bother me, today

Because of all of these loose ends

Will be vacuumed and swept away

The further that we run

The harder that we make things

And it's true

It's only just begun so there's no need

To be so blue
