Night Stalkers

NIGHT STALKERS - Written by Carroll Bryant

As the sun goes down
Shadows walk around
Searching the midnight
Underneath the moonlight

They can't face the sunny side of life
They don't know what's wrong - what's right
What's wrong - what's right

A woman screams
Man penetrates his dreams
Another point in time
A different state of mind

They can't put a value on their soul
They don't know if they're gonna come - gonna go
Gonna come - gonna go

They're night stalkers
Roaming around with their bloodshot eyes
Night stalkers
Anything they do comes as no surprise

As the daylight comes
The zombies run
Shelter is sought
Without getting caught

They can't look reality face to face
They're just leftovers from another human race
From somewhere in outer-space

They're night stalkers
Going through life with dreams in their head
Night stalkers
Going through life like the walking dead

Spending their days just sleeping in bed

Beast of man
Just understand
It's a different world at night
It's a different kind of fight

Love isn't love until sex

As the sun goes down
Shadows walk around
Blood for an appetite
Flesh in the after-life

They can't see the truth right before their eyes
They can't think just to rationalize

They're night stalkers
Always the ones who take the blame
Night stalkers
They're the ones who feel the pain
Night stalkers
Living in sin without the shame
Night stalkers
Never the same as they change their names
Night stalkers
They're the ones always going insane

Night stalkers
