A burst of emotion inside

I reflect to the time when life introduced you and I

And in my thoughts I find

That love became through the course of time

And not like I thought in my mind

To happen in the blink of an eye

I, for one, am strong inside

Yet, in my dreams, I hide

Only now to find that I am only as strong as time

And happiness in life is reaped from the rewards

Nothing by chance can shame me

So blame me if you want

Forsake me with your love

A burst of excitement inside 

I am prompted by love to be blind

And think with a content mind

Maybe you're a sign
