Love In Bloom

LOVE IN BLOOM - Written by Carroll Bryant

The morning was tired and I was inspired
To think of you
My thoughts became crazy and I figured maybe
I'd call you up and talk to you

I pick up the phone and dial your number
Nobody was home so I sat and wondered

What am I doing wrong?
Why am I so alone?
Maybe I need to dance to a different tune

What am I going to say?
Why am I shaking this way?
I need to see you soon

What can I do when my love is in bloom?

The night was sarcastic with people so plastic
Like little toy dolls
My body was weary and and my dreams were so dreary
Hearts make it so easy to fall

I picked up the phone and dialed your number
Nobody was home so I sat and wondered

What am I doing wrong?
Why am I so alone?
Maybe I need to dance to a different tune

What am I going to say?
Why am I shaking this way?
I need to see you soon

What can I do when my love is in bloom?

The Spring time seems to have a way
Of bringing out the love in me
And long after when the Spring fades away
I'm still in love with you
I'm still feeling this way
I'm still in love with you
Always, my love is always in bloom

The morning was tired and I was inspired
To think of you
My thoughts became crazy and I figured maybe
I'd call you up and talk to you

What am I doing wrong?
Why am I so alone?
Maybe I need to dance to a different tune

What am I going to say?
Why am I shaking this way?
I need to see you soon

What can I do when my love is in bloom?
