Orange County Blues

ORANGE COUNTY BLUES - Written by Carroll Bryant

When she left me behind
She took all I ever lived for
And at the time I didn't know what to do

And I felt so out of touch with the rest of the world
I started singing the Orange County blues

She said she couldn't take it
Take what? She didn't say
She never even tried to explain

All I know is in this game of love
I always lose
And now I'm singing the Orange County blues

Orange County ain't that big
In fact you know, it's quite small
The people there all must be fools
Because it's made up of broken hearted lovers
And they're all singing the Orange County blues

Orange County ain't that big
In fact you know, it's quite small
The people there all must be fools
Because it's made up of broken hearted lovers
And they're all singing the Orange County blues

When she left me behind
She took all I ever lived for
And at the time I didn't know what to do

And I felt so out of touch with the rest of the world
I started singing the Orange County blues

And I'm still singing the Orange County blues
