I was laying in the grass today

Watching clouds go by

Every thought of you was a heart beat waiting

To take my breath away

As I pictured you in the sky

Looking down upon me with a smile

You were looking nothing less than amazing

Taking my breath away

Unless they are tears of joy

Never in the hope of chance

Flowers blooming all around

As I counted down to all the hours
